We have an exciting opportunity for the role of a Finance & Administration Officer to join us as part of a great team located at Vestry Hall, CR4 3UD. This role involves providing financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and users of Vestry Hall. You will be required to work part time, Monday to Thursday 10am to 2pm.

The main duties will include
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets
- Managing records and receipts
- Reconciling daily, monthly and yearly transactions
- Preparing balance sheets
- Processing invoices
- Developing an in-depth knowledge of organisational products and process
- Providing customer service to clients
- Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and sales teams
- Being a key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
- Supporting the Vestry Hall Manager with projects and tasks when required
