**The Role**

**Salary: £27,483 with OTE of £40k uncapped**

**Scope of Role**:
The National Purchasing department serves as the initial contact point for customers looking to sell their vehicle to us. This team is responsible for quickly building rapport with customers, accurately identifying the vehicle condition, negotiating, purchasing, and converting leads. It plays a crucial role within the consumer car buying business, collaborating across functions to ensure a smooth selling experience for the customer whilst minimising business risk associated with the units that may encounter issues during the remarketing process. Additionally, the role involves driving sales and conversions to meet the financial and vehicle revenue targets of the consumer car buying function.
**Objectives for Role**:

- Inbound & Outbound Communication: Achieve the minimum requirement for outbound and inbound calls, by meeting and exceeding conversions from a bought unit perspective.
- Accurately identifying vehicle condition: to provide market trade values and relevant document checks in accordance with Money4yourMotors policy and procedures.
- Negotiating Of Leads: Utilise the tools that are available to you, along with your ability to build relationships, to convert warm leads that the business receives. Use your negotiation skills to overcome customer concerns and reservations to convert leads into purchased units.
- Customer Centric Approach: Operate in line with our Money4yourMotors values, specifically we do the right thing, to ensure that all customers receive a world class service when selling their vehicle. Responsible for forging strong professional relationships with customers to drive engagement and satisfaction.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and support overall operational success

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Customer service experience.
- Ability to build rapport via telephone.
- Experience in the provision and delivery of customer service within an energetic sales environment, utilising your B2C skills and experience to provide a first-class selling experience and converting leads into purchased units.
- The role holder must have a strong attention to detail to ensure that the car buying business process is adhered to, and data is gathered / input correctly.
- Have the ability to operate in a high performance, culture, to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Adhering to requirements of document collection with an understanding of GDPR requirements - Ability to work on own initiative and time manage daily duties.
- Liaise professionally when working with other departments.
- A professional, positive and enthusiastic outlook within a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiastic about leveraging new technology to support continuous improvement.
