We are seeking an experienced Meeting of Creditors Chairperson to manage client and creditor contact activity from the setting of a meeting through to the meeting of creditors and production of post meeting documentation.

**Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Proactively contacting customer’s / creditors to obtain missing information/votes to ensure the case is progressed within agreed timescales
- To negotiate with customers and creditors regarding any proposed modifications
- Preparing notice of meetings and Chairman’s Reports in-line with regulations, ensuring a right-first-time approach is applied to all documentation produced
- To ensure that votes are successfully collated for both first and variation meetings of creditors; and that meetings are held within the required timescales
- To ensure that votes and modifications are accurately entered into the system along with the correct outcomes

**Desirable Experience**:

- 3+ years worth MOC experience
- Demonstrated history of meeting targets consistently
- Have a good understanding and knowledge of IVA processes
- Have the experience of multi-tasking
- Able to manage time and workload in order to maintain effectiveness
- Experience of working in a regulated environment

**Qualifications**

GCSE or equivalent - (predicted grades are accepted)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
