My client is seeking a Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with a good understanding of public child care law to join their expanding Family team
This is the perfect position for someone who is looking for a step up.
You will advise on a variety of matters to include, but not limited to:

- Child Protection Conferences
- Emergency Protection Orders
- Care Orders Supervision Orders
- Contact with children in care
- Discharge of Care Orders
- Placement Orders
- Adoption
Duties will include
- Managing own caseload
- Undertaking your own advocacy
- Advising on a variety of family matters
- Develop existing caseload in children and care matters
- Drafting legal documentation
- Drafting various Court Applications
- Be actively involved in marketing and business development activities
