- **1. PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

**2. KEY ACCOUNTABILITY**

**(1) Main work**:

- Prepare fish to specific cuts and maintain quality of all work.
- Ensure that all fish handled is with respect as it is a delicate product and presented in customer orders with high care and attention.
- Work as part of a team.
- To support and train new members of the team as and when required
- Supply the management with direct feedback in written and oral form of any quality issues that would be deemed as detrimental to the business, or not consistent with the customer requirements.

**(2) Other working conditions**:

- Previous experience in a similar position is necessary (at least 1 year).
- Experience in Scaling, filleting and Trimming fish.
- Knowledge of qualities, specs and preps.

**3. SALARY & BENEFITS**
- **Visa**: Work visa holders of a visa that allows them to work legally in the UK
- **Annual Salary**: Starting salary of £27,000 annum and possible to be revised after probation.
- **Recruitment**:Full-time, Permanent,
- **Working hours**:10pm to 7am, Five days’ work shift which will include Saturday
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday
- **Holiday**: 20 days
- **Insurance**:Company pension/On-site parking/Discounted staff purchases/On-site charging station for electric vehicle
