**Reporting to**

Aftersales Director

**Main purpose of the job**

To support the Aftersales department, and wider business, providing administrative support.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**
- Booking visits for inspections and works to be carried out
- Liaising with contractors
- Updating Aftersales schedules
- Preparing worksheets
- Sending out daily/weekly Aftersales diary

**Other Duties**
- Take phone calls and transfer accordingly/take messages
- Greet visitors
- Take deliveries/post
- Occasional post office runs
- Occasional support to other departments - typing, scanning, copying, filing etc.

**Hours**

Total of 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. 1 hour lunch break 12.30pm - 1.30pm.

**Location of work**

Jasmine House, 8 Parkway, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 6HG

**Terms of employment**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
