We're on the lookout for a Teams Co-ordinator to join our vibrant team, to play an important part by engaging, supporting and communicating with our largely off-site team of freelance photographers, to ensure our impressive CJP reputation is maintained with consistently high quality photography and outstanding customer service.

By delivering on promises, by actively listening to and actioning any issues, by delivering honest and constructive feedback, by accommodating needs where possible and with regular communication, we can continue to deliver outstanding photography and service.

This role would be ideal for someone with fantastic organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, a lateral and analytical approach, confidence and positivity, with a real interest and passion for photography and would like to grow their knowledge in this creative field.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with recruitment and organising training in collaboration with the lead photographer for a variety of freelance and full time photographers

Rota all photography jobs with the assistance of School Liaison & Dance Manager, assessing KPI’s, skills, locations & budgets

Liaise on a daily basis with School Liaison, Dance Manager & Production, and Photographers, dealing with job and rota changes

Constant liaison, feedback and motivation to all photographers on their standard of photography and professionalism, and to keep in touch to check their ongoing availability

Keep the photography kit and store room in order and ensure all kit is inventoried correctly, and continually assess equipment needs to meet the demand of the current and future seasons

Review all freelancer invoices checking all details are correct

Be available outside of working hours to deal with urgent calls from photographers
