Waitress/bartender

_**We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic people to join our team as we prepare to open an exciting new Pan-Asian restaurant in Alnwick**_

If you enjoy delivering a high standard of customer service in a fast paced environment then we would love to hear from you.

No previous experience is required, all training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Upsell additional food and beverage items
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

**Skills **_(preferred but not essential)_
- Experience working in a Thai or Asian restaurant
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members

**Salary**: £9.03-£11.79 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
