We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Dispensary team. We require a Dispenser to work in our Dispensary at Elmham & Swanton Morley Surgery assisting in opening/closing the dispensary, receiving, and preparing prescriptions, prepare medicines for dispensing, checking and issuing stock, preparing remote deliveries, responding to Patient enquiries and adhering to legislation applied in the management of controlled drugs. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in a GP surgery is desirable.
Must be flexible to cover holidays and sickness. Dispensary Assistant Course
- Level 2 equivalent to be studied for in own time to secure a permanent position, if not already held.
