As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, _**Cotswold Outdoor **_is joined by _**Runners Need **_and _**Snow + Rock **_to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability

**How will you make an impact?**
- Managing and overseeing all merchandising processes associated with your product category
- Financial planning of future product ranges
- Working with Buying colleagues to deliver market leading ranges within budgets
- Leading the team in trading meetings and driving trading actions
- Building strong internal relationships with colleagues across the business
- Maximising the potential of your team through effective line management, coaching and mentoring
- Please note this role is 40 hours per week._

**You’ll fit right in if you**:

- Are an experienced Merchandiser with a proven track record
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Take a coaching and mentoring approach with a strong inclination to help others be their best
- Understand the outdoor retail landscape, competitors, commercial insights and challenges
- Are comfortable using advance excel formulas and functions
