**Overview of the role**

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and passionate practitioner to join our friendly, professional long serving staff team.

Practitioners must be enthusiastic and motivated with a passion to deliver the very best, they must work both independently and within a team. Practitioners will support and work closely with their room leader and wider staff team in order to support planned activities and carry out effective learning opportunities for the children.

The practitioner must have a 'can do' attitude and will play a key role in establishing and developing bonds with both the children and their families.

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Child Care / Early Years experience preferred but not essential.
