Working for Domino’s Pizza as a Delivery Cyclist means that you are at the forefront of our business and the last point of the Customer experience. You will play a huge part in ensuring that our customers get fresh high-quality pizzas delivered hot and on time.

**_Purpose of the Role_**
- Deliver an exceptional service to our customers as a representative of Domino’s Pizza
- Ability to carry out deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Effective time management skills
- Conduct yourself whilst cycling in a manner that does not detract from the Domino’s Pizza brand image
- Ability to effectively manage any operational duties
- Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team
- Ability to deal with customer queries effectively at all times
- Support the store in the general running and housekeeping

**_Key Accountabilities_**
- Friendly and a well-mannered approach with customers
- Pro-active in planning and organising of time ensuring that orders are received by the customer within the specified time frame
- Delivering products safely and securely, avoiding unnecessary risks by adhering to all safety and security Policies
- Competent Driving Skills ensuring that all driving limits, diversions and road signs are adhered to
- Communicate effectively whilst on the road if a situation has occurred
- General housekeeping during quiet periods
- Pro-actively deal with customers at a good pace and apologise for mistakes made

**Skill Requirements**:

- Possess your own road worthy bicycle with lights and a helmet
- Right to work in the UK
- Need to be over 17 years old (insurance requirement)
- Available to work Tuesdays, Friday, Saturday and/or Sunday evening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 3.5 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

- Chepstow, NP16 5JW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Delivery driver experience: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
