Games Master (part-time)

Excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a fun, adrenaline packed atmosphere at Game Over, part of Xtreme Karting’s 5 star karting Centre at Newbridge, Edinburgh.
Applicants must be aged 16+
Position Available: Games Master (Part Time role) - based on 8-14 hours / week.
Salary Band: £Min wage +

Tasks & Responsibilities include:
Delivering a 5 star customer experience, greeting / welcoming customers into the centre.
Delivering safety rules & game brief’s.
Roleplay the character of the games master relevant to each room, giving hints & tips to guide players through the game.

General cleaning of the reception and games rooms.

Assisting in reception with POS sales and customer service.

Positive, polite and energetic interaction with customers.

Key Skills required:
Working in a fast paced customer facing environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to cope under pressure.
Basic computer skills (MS Office) to record information relevant to games.
