Preschool Leader

We are looking to appoint a part-time Preschool Leader to join our Early Years team in our Foundation Stage Unit.

We are seeking a Preschool Leader that:

- Has excellent communication skills leading to effective relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
- Has a good understanding of the Early Years curriculum and a commitment to creating a high quality environment which supports the Prime Areas of learning and development for all children.
- Is committed to raising standards for young people
- Has a personal philosophy which supports the ethos and values of the school
- Has the ability to support rich and creative learning experiences
- Has the ability to support early phonics and maths skills
- Will be committed to supporting children to make good progress within their curriculum and inspire and motivate children and enable them to be the best that they can be
- Is kind, patient, enthusiastic and compassionate with a lively, fun outlook and a curious and creative mind.

Pay: £24,702.00-£26,421.00 per year

Expected hours: 19.5 per week
