**Position: Data Production Coordinator**

**Location: Wakefield WF2**

**Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm**

**Salary Range: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum.**

We are currently seeking a Data Production Coordinator for our long-standing client based in Wakefield. In this vital role, you will take ownership of all technical systems within the Production department, ensuring the efficient and high-quality processing of data. Your contribution will be integral to our data processing, cleansing, and mailing optimisation efforts, allowing us to deliver exceptional services to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute data processing, cleansing, and file suppressions, following client specifications and utilizing automation and bespoke software, including **Quadient.**:

- Conduct Variable Data Processing using Inspire designer software.
- Explore opportunities to expand our data services to external clients.
- Optimise data processing to achieve the best mailing discounts for our clients, leveraging automation tools.
- Collaborate closely with department staff to maximize the utilisation of available software and systems.
- Foster skill development within the team to enhance their capabilities and ensure future resilience.
- Take ownership of the Automation system, setting up new/existing jobs for automation and implementing improvements as needed.
- Stay informed about market trends related to software, hardware, and processes, ensuring our company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Maintain relationships with software and hardware suppliers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend enhancements to technical production requirements and procedures.
- Assist the IT manager in researching, developing, installing, and utilizing new production equipment.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager and senior management team to contribute to the company's growth and technical goals.
- Enforce data security and quality protocols in all processes and procedures.
- Stay current with the latest software product versions and associated training.
- Continuously improve your development skills within the adopted product set.
- Manage costs within the scope of your role while meeting agreed-upon expectations.
- Provide support for business development initiatives as needed.
- Offer guidance and support to the ISO27001 data security team.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in data processing, automation, and data cleansing, with proficiency in relevant software.
- Excellent knowledge of market trends and industry best practices.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
- Commitment to data security and quality standards.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members.
