- **Hourly Rate**:£10.60 ph.
- **Hours of work**:37 Hours per week, Monday to Thursdays 8.00 am to 4.30 pm and Fridays to 1.00 pm.
- **Benefits**: 34 days annual leave.
- No Weekends

**Duties**:

- Grass cutting, hedge cutting and/or strimming.
- Working outside in all weather conditions.

- Relevant experience in grounds maintenance/ landscaping environment.
- Ability to carry out heavy lifting duties.
- 7.5 tonne C1 licence
- As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure.
