Warehouse Operative/ Stores Handler

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join us at ChargePoint Technology in the position of **Stores Handler.**

Reporting to our Stores Team Leader, you will be responsible for inventory control related activities within our Stores area, executing inventory control measures to ensure the Company maximises stock system and paperwork accuracy.

**Main duties include (full job description available)**:

- Responsibility for receiving goods into the system and ensuring the correct documentation is stored and putting the goods into the correct locations
- Picking of sub-contracts, issuing and packing
- Picking and packing of spares orders, ensuring the documentation is provided to the customer and meets the business delivery on time KPIs
- Liaising with the shipping department
- Keeping the stores area well organised, tidy and controlled to sufficiently support production
- Ensuring kits are picked and packed in accordance with SOP's and system guidance
- Participation in perpetual stock counting/inventory accuracy checks and planned annual stock takes
- Load and unload vehicles using suitable equipment (including FLT/Reach truck)

**Essential Requirements**:

- Experience in inventory management/goods inward and dispatch functions
- Working knowledge of inventory control/management systems
- FLT/ Reach Truck licence
- Driving licence

You will be highly organised with an excellent attention to detail. Working well as part of a team you will utilise your time management skills to work productively and effectively with initiative under tight timescales, whilst maintaining quality of work.

Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday either 8am - 4pm or 9am to 5pm.
