**About the Role**

Coram has an exciting opportunity to join their Human Resources and Compliance team in the newly created role of Compliance Co-ordinator.

We are looking for an individual with working knowledge of data protection legislation (GDPR) and a strong commitment to EDI and Wellbeing to join our busy but established team.

Working closely with both our Human Resources Manager and Compliance Manager you will be instrumental in supporting plans and processes relating to critical organisational functions including Data Protection (GDPR), Wellbeing, Equality and Diversity (EDI) and Health and Safety.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute and have impact across a variety of projects which improve employee experience and ensure the organisation remains legally compliant.
