Contract Scotland has an opportunity for a Site Administrator to join our client based in Dalmellington. This position is a 2 year fixed term contract with the possibility of becoming permanent.

You will be responsible for providing administration support to their site and must have previous administration experience preferably from a construction site or construction office. Your daily duties will include:

- Dealing with all visitors to site, ensuring they sign in and follow correct procedures
- Document control
- Invoicing
- Create documents and templates
- Answering calls and dealing with any queries
- Keep the Site Manager informed of all site related activities
- Keep track of leave requests and absences
- Provide full administrative support to the Site Manager

You will ideally be familiar with construction terminology and will enjoy working in this type of environment. You will be proactive in your approach to work and will be a natural organiser with the ability to prioritise a busy workload to ensure all tasks are completed within agreed timescales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 24 months

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dalmellington, East Ayrshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
