Roofer

Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various structures. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and working with power tools. If you have experience in roofing and enjoy working outdoors, we encourage you to apply.

**Duties**:

- Install new roofs on residential and commercial buildings
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials
- Inspect roofs for leaks, damage, or deterioration
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare the roof for installation
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
- Use power tools to secure roofing materials in place
- Plumb and align roof edges to ensure proper water drainage
- Fabricate and install flashing around roof penetrations
- Follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Roofer or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of roofing techniques, materials, and tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficient in using hand tools such as hammers, saws, and drills
- Familiarity with masonry work is a plus
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and work at heights
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
