**Clinic Hours**:
Monday evening from 17.00 hrs to 20.30 hrs
Thursday evening from 17.00 hrs to 20.30 hrs
Saturday morning from 08.30 hrs to 13.30 hrs
**Duties**:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing patients' bookings
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Screening phone calls
- Ensuring the clinic's medical records are filled in correctly and filed in an accurate and alphabetical order
- Ensuring Data Protection and company policies are always followed
- Photocopying /Scanning medical reports
- Providing assistance to staff and a Practice Manager
- Helping to maintain the cleanliness of waiting areas and treatment rooms keeping the reception area tidy
- Conversing with our off site office
- Ensuring when last to leave the department it is completely tidy, all lights off windows and doors are correctly closed and keys taken back to the correct place.
**Experience**:
Full in house training will be provided.
Good IT skills essential
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English
Ability to maintain a positive, friendly attitude even under high pressure
Professional attitude and appearance

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 12 per week
**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
