Receptionist

Working as part of the team based in **Eye, Suffolk**, we are currently recruiting for a **Receptionist **to join on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be the first point of contact for a wide variety of visitors to site, liaise with internal teams including security and maintenance while providing support to the wider site to ensure smooth day-day running of all operations.

Full training will be provided; however, experience is a previous reception or customer service role is greatly preferred due to the nature of the work.

**Duties**:

- Switchboard call handing
- Reception administrative duties
- Receiving clients / visitors and liaising with hosts, security team and key stakeholders
- Hospitality requests
- Facilities co-ordinator support including (but not limited to) raising supplier orders, allocating FM job orders, service record receipting, contractor bookings and record keeping
- Inter-site car hire management (where applicable)
- CAFM reporting of faults
- Maintaining meeting room standards

**Education requirements**:

- GCSE level or equivalent including English and Maths

**Experience**:

- Excellent attention to detail and can work to strict deadlines
- Experience of reception or customer service work
- Computing skills, including word processing and use of spreadsheets (e.g. Microsoft Office packages and Microsoft Project)
- General management and interpersonal skills to participate in a positive culture and collaboration within internal teams
- Good communication skills to be able to communicate effectively at all levels internally as well as with external clients, suppliers, etc.
