Summary

Lancaster Christ Church Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint two reliable and enthusiastic Welfare Assistants to join their friendly team of staff.
Main responsibilities will include:

- Supervising and supporting children as they eat their lunch;
- Supervising children on the playground (or in the classroom in the case of wet weather);
- Engaging children in purposeful play and promoting positive behaviour;
- Administering first aid as appropriate (where qualified to do so).

The successful applicants must:

- be a role model for all pupils in behaviour, dress and communication
- support and contribute to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- actively be aware of and follow our Safeguarding and Child Protection policy and procedures; Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Interviews will take place on WB: 4th September 2023
