**Job description**:
**A digital agency with offices throughout the UK is on the hunt for a Paid Media Specialist to join their growing team, working to manage performance campaigns for clients across Paid Media.**

This agency prides itself on a people-first environment, and they are looking for a team player, who will fit well in their kind, but productive team.
**Location: Leicester (hybrid after probation)**
**Salary: Up to £40,000**
- At least two years' worth of experience in a similar role
- Strong experience across performance marketing
- Confident in taking recommendations from clients and developing them into a strategy
- Happy to develop strong relationships with senior clients
- Strong experience using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Tiktok Ads, Pinterest Ads and Linkedin Ads
- Capable of writing copy for performance campaigns
