We are currently looking for Experience Care Assistants to support our complex needs client in their own home.

The client has epilepsy and challenging behaviour, along with other complex health conditions.
- Amount of hours per week are between 12-24 hours.
- Working hours can be 8am till 8pm or 9am till 9pm (for 2 days during the week Tuesday to Saturday)

As a Care Specialist you will be joining a skilled and passionate team, who put our clients are the heart of everything they do. Your responsibilities will include:

- ** Companionship** - Providing company and emotional support to our clients
- ** Home help** - Helping with light housework such as cleaning or vacuuming
- ** Mobility support** - Helping with mobility around the home and to carry out tasks
- ** Meal preparation** - Helping to shop for and/or prepare meals and drinks
- ** Medication assistance** - Prompting or assisting with medication
- ** Engagement **in the local community & help with shopping or running errands
- ** Personal care - **Where required, helping with personal hygiene, bathing, and continence support

It is not essential but preferred that you have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

You will need to have at least 6 months experience working with clients who have Autism and Learning disabilities.
