A brilliant opportunity is now available to become a Protection Advisor within a company that has experienced exponential growth within the last 12 months with further growth expected in 2024.

We require self-motivated and committed professionals that have a passion for delivering a first-class service.

**Overview of the Job**:
You will be provided with pre-qualified appointments that will take place predominantly via video conference with some local home visits to clients. All appointments are qualified and booked in-house, so you will not need to generate your own leads or appointments.

You will be responsible for providing bespoke advice to your clients on matters such as Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover & Income Protection. You will manage each case until it's conclusion and ensure your client is provided with a satisfactory outcome.

This is a hybrid based role. You must be comfortable working from home, ideally have your own home office and also enjoy a busy office environment.

- Confident and responsive to answering client questions
- Ability to accurately record client instructions
- Friendly telephone manner
- Competent administration
- A positive approach to compliance and regulation

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience in Financial Services is essential.
- You must have a full UK drivers’ licence as travel is needed.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday.
- 8 hour working day.
- 3 evenings per week will be required (Should you be required to attend a 7.30pm appointment, your start time would be 1pm)

**Benefits**:

- Salary: £24,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £36,000 - £50,000)

There will be opportunities for the right person to obtain further qualifications within the Financial Services sector and enter into a management position within the company within the first year.
