EDS Scotland offer professional servicing and support throughout Scotland and the UK.

**About the Job: -**

We are looking for a well organised, highly motivated, committed individual with excellent administration skills.

**Main Responsibilities: -**

▪ General Administration duties - including filing, photocopying etc.

▪ Collating information

▪ Data input onto spreadsheets

▪ Processing of invoices

▪ Assisting with purchasing

▪ Logistics

**Competencies: -**

▪ Have experience in a similar role

▪ Knowledge of Quick Books account system preferred (Training will be given)

▪ Be well organised and able to priorities workload

▪ Capable of working independently

▪ Have good communication skills

**Job Type:

- Part-time temporary to permanent - 9.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday**
