We are a manufacturing company based on the Pocklington Industrial Estate, near York, and are recruiting for a Financial Adminsitrator.

**Duties**:

- To be responsible for maintaining records for all financial transactions
- Prepare purchase orders and invoices
- Running day to day accounts of the Company
- Participate in Payroll processes
- VAT
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Manage company’s liabilities
- Report on financial projections

**Skills / Experience**
- Hands on experience with accounting software (Quickbooks)
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time management and organisation skills
- Confidentiality

Monday - Friday 08:30 - 16:30 and an excellent salary of £25,000 per annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
- Financial services: 2 years (preferred)
