Due to continued success as one of the southeast’s leading suppliers of garage equipment we have an exciting opportunity for a parts advisor.

You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the parts department and taking pride in providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supply of parts to customers.
- Work in conjunction with the service department.
- Order Parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers
- Invoice parts sent out and allocate parts to jobs as required.
- Check incoming stock against delivery notes and update computer system with good received
- Arrange for collection of goods to be sent out.
- Handle and Place parts warranty claims
- Ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Manage stock control and carry out stock take.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a parts department
- Experience with handling warranty claims
- To be able to work as part of a team in a busy service/parts department
- Ability to work on own initiative under pressure
- To keep a clean and maintained working area
- Must have good attention to detail
- Good IT skills and the ability to learn how to use a new operating system.
- Full driving license

Excellent benefits package including Pension scheme and Bonus scheme.

Monday to Friday 0800-1700

20 days holiday + bank holidays

£26k per annum
