_**A unique Senior opportunity in the Lettings market with a successful and growing property group with exciting plans for the future**_

Your remit will be to head up and develop the companies Property (Asset) Management team overseeing reactive repairs, compliance, factoring and refurbishment of both properties under management and also the large pipeline of continual new business from their impressive client list.

This will suit someone who enjoys enhancing and developing service provision both from a strategic perspective and also by mentoring and developing team members - key duties will include:

- Foster and lead a high performing team and as a member of the senior management team, help to drive improvements throughout the business
- Providing constructive and timely reporting on the performance of the portfolio, meeting and exceeding investor/stakeholder requirements related to asset management spend & property valuation
- Ensuring all repairs are high quality & good value service to tenants and landlords
- Ensuring all refurbishment projects happen on time and on budget
- Improving proactive maintenance activities to minimise reactive repairs
- Communal building management and building factor improvement programme
- Design and implementation of a long term program of energy efficiency improvements across the portfolio - prioritising work for maximum impact within budget constraints and ensuring incoming government regulations are adhered to.
- Growing and maintaining the pool of reliable and skilled contractors

**Salary**: £42,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
