R D Johns Ltd is a family owned foodservice company and is the fastest growing in the South West. Due to company growth we are looking for an additional team member in our customer service team.
Job specification:
Receive incoming calls
Input customer orders onto our in-house computer system
Deal with any customer queries
Arrange product returns
General office duties
The hours of work are 12.75 hours per week spread across 3 days.
shift - 6pm - 10.15pm
You will be required to work additional hours to meet the demands of the business if we need it.
Our head office will be relocating in the next 2 months to a site on the edge of Kingsteignton.
Hourly rate dependant on previous knowledge and experience.
