Duties:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the venue
- Host guests games, explaining rules, how to play and safety information
- Take bookings and manage the waiting list
- Answer phone calls and provide information to callers
- Assist in setting up and games
- Ensure the games area is clean and presentable at all times
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards guests

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Experience in a Leisure environment preferred but not essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £9.00-£11.44 per hour
