Marketing Executive

**Job Context/Purpose**

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to join our growing Commercial Team. This is a great opportunity for the right person to be part of an exciting growth journey at SA Equip. To be successful in this role, you will be a hands-on, practical team player with well developed interpersonal skills and high quality customer and communication standards. The role will require someone who has potential to grow and develop within our marketing team at SA Equip.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supporting the Marketing Manager in completing agreed activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Social media management: craft, schedule, and publish captivating social media content across platforms (mainly LinkedIn)
- Help develop strategies that drive customers to the website
- Work with agencies and other third parties to create branded promotional items
- Contribute to the development and management of broader marketing campaigns, potentially including budget planning and execution
- Coordination of events working closely with the Marketing Manager
- Monitoring competitor activities and finding leads for the company
- KPI reporting - collating performance stats for all internally managed marketing activity

**Job Requirements**
- Marketing Executive applicants require a minimum of 2 years experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
- Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills
- High attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- In-depth understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
- Working knowledge of content management systems and automated marketing software
- Great problem solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and time and project management skills
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software such as Adobe would be a plus
