A housing organisation in West London is recruiting for an IT manager who will be improving the delivery service. Someone who will manage the technology delivery team, computer systems, software as well as service desks whilst delivering a great service.In addition, this role will involve experience with recovery procedures are developed and the systems and data are secured.

**Skills/ responsibilities**
- Project management
- Management of Technology projects
- Manage a technology department
- Delivery of Technology services
- IT infrastructure including servers, WAN/LAN infrastructure, telecoms
- Planning, documenting and testing software for upgrades
- VMWare, Cloud Technology
- Design, develop, manage and maintain the IT disaster recovery plans
- Security software and equipment is current and operational to reduce of a security breach
- Maintain the disaster recovery plan and equipment is maintained
- Secure data and back up
- Create performance development plans for direct reports

**Qualifications**
- IT knowledge or 5 years’ experience working within an Technology environment
