As part of the Foundation, FireFit Youth & Community Hub is a state-of-the-art facility for young people and the community, delivering a range of youth work programmes and interventions. We are currently seeking a Café Supervisor to lead our Café Recharge team to deliver nutritious and tasty food and snacks to young people attending the hub. The Café Supervisor will also oversee the provision of refreshments and catering for corporate bookings and meetings.

This is an important role in which you will:

- To be responsible for the daily management and delivery of the Café Recharge offer including the food provision and activities that support the delivery of the youth programme, and the provision of catering for commercial bookings and events.
- Ensure food menu is nutritious and meets the needs of the local community and service users.
- Ensure that Health and Safety and Food Hygiene policy and procedures are adhered to and embedded to deliver effective and safe services and operation.

To be successful in this role you will:

- Be qualified to a minimum Level 3 in Professional Catering/ Hospitality or recognised catering qualification.
- Experience managing in a catering/ café setting.
- Experience of working in a Youth, Community or Leisure environment
