**Responsibilities**:

- Providing Security Cover at a wide range of sites in sectors such as, Corporate,

Retail, Education, Government, Transport,

Logistics & Construction.
- Controlling authorised access/ egress of pedestrian and vehicular traffic
- Carry out and record security checks and patrols.
- Meet and Greet visitors/ Contractors
- Ensuring safety & security of assets and personnel whilst on duty
- Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that occur

Key tasks
- Monitoring of the CCTV (potentially with the right Licence) and alarm systems, responding to alarms, incidents, and suspicious behaviour.
- Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with Assignment instructions.
- Perform lock & unlock duties Control of access and egress point.
- Respond to emergency situations.
- Greeting visitor’s visitors and employees and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out.
- Ensuring all H&S policies are adhered to.
- Ensuring that no unauthorised persons are permitted in prohibited areas.

Other responsibilities **In addition, employees are required to undertake such other site-specific duties as may be reasonably required**

Requirements **A valid SIA license.**
- Excellent communication & administration skills including report writing.
- Must be punctual and can think on their feet.
- A can-do attitude
- Reliable with excellent time-management skills.
- Smart, well-groomed, and confident.
- A commitment to providing first class customer services is essential.
- Conflict management awareness
- Security systems knowledge
- Telephone / switchboard skills
