We have an exciting opportunity to join the New Products team within this British based furniture designer as a Quality Technician.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Working closing with overseas suppliers and manufacturers, Quality Control teams, Buying teams, and Sales teams.
- Gathering accurate technical information and specifications to input into internal systems and create product specification sheets.
- Adding revision notes, tolerance information, and photos into specification sheets.
- Communicating standard procedure labelling requirements to suppliers and internal teams.
- Using template files to create label artwork and sometimes print.
- Good administration experience, ideally within a related industry. An understanding of new product development and/or quality control would be advantageous though not essential.
- A methodical, technical approach, with excellent attention to detail.
- An independent, proactive attitude.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with at least Grade C or above in GCSE Maths and English, or equivalent.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and the MS Office suite.
- Flexible and able to respond to changing priorities effectively.
