**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct property inspections and gather relevant data
- Analyze market trends and property values
- Prepare detailed property valuation reports
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice

- Utilize Excel and other software tools to analyze data and create reports
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively
