Reception Answering the phones to help patients with queries related to appointments, test results and general enquiries Receiving patients at the front desk who need assistance with booking in and general enquiries Handing completed repeat prescriptions to patient and checking names and address. Taking deliveries and notifying the person responsible for the delivery Pulling/filing notes for surgeries and update as necessary Filing post in medical records Completing Emis and Docman tasks as directed Completing Triage Admin on the days rotad in to support the duty GP allocate appointments and manage communications 3. Other Tasks Ensure building security have thorough knowledge of doors/windows/alarm.
