_This role can be based anywhere in the UK but travelling to the Head Office in Kent 1 day per week will be required (expenses covered)._

**About the role**

Main duties and responsibilities:

- Prioritise meeting targets; achieve revenue targets, call targets and performance KPIs, and report to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Increase B2B sales revenue in specific territory; through OEM and wholesale sales to new and existing customers, including but not limited to; individuals, distros, businesses, retail store owners.
- Account management; build relationships, regular contact with customers and regular meetings to understand their business and nurture relationships to grow existing business, within the parameter of your KPIs.
- Project management and liaison; initiate and maintain OEM project process with strong communication and coordination between internal stakeholders and our customers throughout the end to end service.
- Represent the company at international trade shows to seek new business, meet and greet customers, generate leads, secure and close deals, and hit financial targets.
- Legal administration; engage new clients as per our terms and conditions of business and manufacture, ensure all relevant paperwork is signed, e.g. NDAs, Order forms and any other local compliance.
- Sales administration; use CRM (or equivalent) tool, input sales orders and inventory into system, and support the sales team with admin tasks as required.
- Additional; any other duties as reasonably requested.

Special Requirements
- Fluent in the Arabic language.
- Must have the ability to travel at short notice to international exhibitions (4-5 times a

year maximum).
- Flexibility with hours required to meet the needs of international market operating times.

Skills and experience:

- A strong interest in the vaping industry
- Active-listening to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale
- The ability to negotiate the terms of a sale and close the deal
- The ability to build strong customer relationships and understand the needs of your customers
- Represent the company in a structured and professional way
- Work collaboratively with your team and possess strong team work mindset
- Have the ability to manage your own workload and hit the ground running on a daily basis

This role can be based anywhere in the UK but travelling to the Head Office in Kent 1 day per week will be required (expenses covered).

Base salary £20,000 with an OTE of £50,000
