Onsite Service Support Engineer

Role: Onsite Service Support Engineer
**Salary**: £55,000
**Main Purpose of the role**:
Working with the Aftersales department, you will be responsible for providing and arranging onsite support to Service Contract customers at Smartcomm. You will perform all servicing and maintenance works as well as accurately collating and administeringcall out reports / records and asset registers for your client site. You will also be required to manage off site repairs and manufacturers ensuring works are completed within the limits of the Service Level Agreement with the client.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Fault Diagnosis, maintenance, testing and repair as required
Ensure the smooth running of meetings and events with video conferencing systems working optimally
Checking meeting rooms in line with checking schedule
Identify performance improvements
