We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dynamic person to join our waste team in a hybrid Position based out of our head office at Clearwater court Reading as the Event Duration Monitoring Technical Administrator.

As the successful applicant your role as the EDM Technical Administrator will be to provide specified administrative support to the EDM Maintenance manager, in relation to the maintenance activities of the Event Duration Monitoring (EDM) programme.

Base Location: Hybrid - Clearwater Court - RG1 8DB.

Working Pattern or hours: Monday-Friday 36 hours per week.

**What you’ll be doing as the Event Duration Monitoring Technical Administrator**
- Analysis and coordination of maintenance activities to achieve our regulatory annual targets.
- Maintenance of data quality in the database to ensure accuracy of records and improve performance.
- Provide assistance, support and guidance on all EDM maintenance issues including contractor activities.
- Coordination of specialist activities and projects related to the EDM maintenance programme.
- Perform due diligence of essential contractor maintenance documentation such as H&S and ad-hoc audits of contractor paperwork.
- Support on KPI reporting, monthly invoicing and able to respond to external queries such as environmental information requests.
- Manage ad-hoc administration within the team.
- Ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

**What you should bring to the role**
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Possess meticulous attention to detail and data minded.
- Educated to GCSE level including English and Maths or equivalent.
- Database handling experience, including data-entry and basic reporting.
- Data manipulation skills with a desirable Power Bi knowledge.
- Able to provide & deliver reports, presentations & analysis of data to support meetings.
- Experience in an Operational environment is desirable.
- Competent at using the appropriate IT and Office Packages - e.g. Excel, Power Point, SharePoint and Teams.
- Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
