Perfect opportunity for an experienced person to join our friendly family Home Improvement Company in Ross on Wye, where you will have a variety of tasks in this important role for a £2 million pound turnover business
- **All applicants should possess**:

- **Qualified and extensive working knowledge & skills of Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll**
- AAT or equivalent accounts qualification a distinct advantage
- Proficient IT skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Excellent time management and organisational skills with accuracy and attention to detail
- Good verbal communication, listening skills and confidence in using the telephone
- Motivated, reliable and responsible, able to work on own initiative
- Flexible approach and ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent problem solving and numeracy skills **Responsibilities include**:

- **Prepare and produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to Directors**
- **Quarterly and end of year management accounts**
- **Liase with Sales, Marketing and Installation teams**
- **Sage 50 payroll**
- **HMRC reporting including Vat return submissions**
- **Bank payments and reconciliation**
- **Sales & Purchase Invoices**
- **CRM**
- **Project costings**
- **HR and H&S compliance management**
- **Maintain Company fleet of vehicles**
- **Liase with 3rd parties such as accountants, insurance companies, suppliers etc**
- **Petty cash**
