Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently working with one of the Souths most respected Freight Forwarders who are actively seeking an experienced Import Coordinator to join their Essex location.

The client provide ocean freight services to companies on an international basis and offer regular direct services to Asia and the Middle East, as well as the UK and Europe.

**Import CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Carry out the Import process from start to finish
- Receiving pre alert docs
- Loading shipments into the designated computer software
- Raising arrival notices
- Handling customs paperwork
- Organising deliveries
- Liaison with Importers, Shipping Lines, Hauliers, Warehouses and Overseas Agents

**Import CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- 1-2 years' experience working on Imports (Essential)
- Experience handling LCL and FCL Shipments (Highly Advantageous)
- Experience handling customs documentation
- Experience handling import procedures from start to finish

**Import CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary - £25K - £30K DOE
