Ideally you'll have experience in both B2B and B2C sales. As well as this, youll be a confident individual who enjoys building rapport, managing customer relations, and proactively seeking new opportunities

**Some of your key responsibilities would include**:

- Being the first point of contact for inbound enquiries
- Bringing in new business from existing and new clients
- Looking to proactively seek new opportunities and build relationships with high-end builders, landscapers and architects
- Liaising with marketing on promotional campaigns, and opportunities to maximise sales
- Utilising internal CRM systems to track customer interactions and analyse trends to maximise profit margins
- Delivering top Level service to all our customers, stakeholders, and internal colleagues
- Managing and closing multiple leads and enquiries, in a fast-paced environment
- Working as part of a small team to surpass sales & margin targets
- Building a strong level of technical understanding of all products, and take an interest in seeking potential new products that complement the companies growing range.
