Food and Beverage Apprentice

As a Food and Beverage Apprentice your focus is to create positively memorable dining experiences for our guests by serving customers to a consistently outstanding standard.
You will pay attention to the details, finding moments of delight for your customers that will highlight your commitment to the customer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the restaurant is clean, and that all preparation is carried out to ensure a smooth service for all guests and diners.
- Anticipating customers’ needs wherever possible, making menu recommendations and responding to all queries, with customer satisfaction at the forefront of what you do.
- Complying with legislative and safety regulations
- Supporting the achievement of quality and guest satisfaction goals.
- Keeping your knowledge up to date, enabling you to make recommendations to guests.
As an Apprentice you will be completing a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship Standard with Inspiro Learning.
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
- Have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer. either remotely or through visits to your workplace.
- Learn and train for a specific job.
- Get paid and receive holiday leave.
- Study for at least 20% of your working hours.
- Complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship.

An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience, and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you'll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.
