**The team**

Purchase to Pay is an exciting team who are responsible for processing and paying ITV suppliers and employee expenses as well as supporting the business through their purchasing journey - from Love Island water bottles to sets and props on Coronation Street We work in a fast paced and reactive environment where no two days are the same. A great team to join if you are looking to start your career in finance and learn more about how ITV operate behind the camera

**The role**
- Carrying out reporting, analysis and processing
- Working collaboratively with the teams to identify new ways of working, and develop team processes

**Skills you’ll need (minimum criteria)**
- Numerical & analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work as a team player
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and openness
- Drives individual performance by embracing digital opportunities

**Other things we’re looking for (key criteria)**
- Have a willingness to learn new skills with the appropriate training
- Demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude
- Good understanding of how to use technology in an office environment for example use of the Google suite, zoom
- You will be friendly and approachable, respectful to all of your ITV colleagues
- You’ll have the ability to maintain a positive attitude, even when under pressure and working to deadlines

**Eligibility/Entry Criteria**

As this is a Level 3 Apprenticeship, we require you to have/be predicted to achieve the below qualifications
- You have lived within the UK/EEA for a minimum of 3 years consecutively
- You meet the entry criteria for the apprenticeship as listed above
- You cannot have achieved the qualification already and you must not already be in full time education at the point of enrolment
