Loft Insulation Installer

YCE HR Ltd is seeking a qualified Loft INSULATION Installer within the Shrewsbury

to join our friendly team

The main Purpose of this role is to Install loft installation in Residential and Commercial properties across Shrury whilst complying to our health and safety regulations and providing excellent communication across the board to ensure the work is carried out efficiently and to high standards.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Monitoring and reviewing the daily dairy schedule to prepare for jobs coming up or any changes made.
- Carrying out risk assessments.
- Installing insulation in lofts and on loft hatches.
- Fitting raised storage boards
- Carrying out weekly van, ladder and PPE checks.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with all customers.
- Ensuring all documents required are completed correctly containing all the information required before leaving job.
- Removing pre-existing loft insulation.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- NVQ in Loft Insulation Installation (Essential)
- CSCS Card (Preferable)
- UK Driving Licence with no more than 3 current points. (Essential)
- Installation Experience ( Essential )
- Customer Service Skills
- Attention to Detail
- Time Management
- Problem Solving
- Communication Skills

**Salary**: £31,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
