Hi,

We are working with prestigious well-known client who has been a leading manufacturer of precision machined components, fabrications, assemblies and kit sets for the Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, Aerospace and Defence, Land and Sea Systems, Nuclear and Marine industries for over 30 years. We are recruiting for an experience Two CNC Turners for Day and night shifts to join this organisation in Southampton.

**Knowledge and Experience required of the CNC Turner:

- **
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience working with large components in high precision manufacturing environment Knowledge of modern tooling and machining technique.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience of Mazak and Fanuc Control System.
- 3 years’ experience to handle and protect all types of manufactured components.
- Experience and ability to programme, set and operate different machine tool.
- Knowledge of modern tooling and machining techniques.
- Programming Mazak controls.

**Qualification for CNC Turner required:

- **
- Completed a recognised apprenticeship in mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings with a high-level understanding of geometric dimensions & tolerances

**Hours:

- **39 hrs P/W

Days: - 06:45am to 03:30pm Monday to Thursday and 07:00am to 1:00pm Friday.

Nights: - 5.00pm to 3.30am Monday to Wednesday and 5.00pm to 2.30am Thursday.

Flexibility required as shift patterns may vary in line with business need.

The successful CNC Turner will be rewarded with an excellent basic salary, shift allowance, benefits, free onsite parking and other benefits to be discussed. You will expect to perform your duties and responsibilities as appropriate to your skill set and ability and will work with minimum supervision that is not intended to be an exhausted list and may change from time to time to meet the changing needs of the business.
