**Company Profile**:

- Custom Covers (1984) Ltd is a second generation family-owned manufacturing company established in 1984.
- The company manufactures goods for the marquee, events, and industrial sectors.
- Since the pandemic the company has firmly established itself as one of the leading suppliers to these sectors.
- Training will be provided at all stages to ensure that all staff maximise their earning potential.
- Working within an existing team, utilising the existing hand and mechanised tooling to manufacture both stock and one-off items.
- The movement of heavyweight fabrics is an essential part of the job, training will be given to ensure that this is carried out in a safe manner. This will include the use of various items of lifting equipment.

**Working hours**:

- Twilight Shift: 1500hrs - 0130hrs (Mon-Thurs)
- Overtime and weekend working will be available during the busier periods.

**Requirements**:

- Applicants will need to be enthusiastic, flexible and willing to adapt/learn existing manufacturing processes and techniques.
- Self-motivated with a will to achieve the true potential of their abilities and earnings.
- Previous experience is not essential but will be viewed favourably.

**Compensation**:

- On-site training is given to all employees to ensure that each employee can maximise their earnings potential.
- Government requirements for holiday entitlement are met but the company also increases that entitlement based on years of service.
- A Government approved stakeholder pension scheme is available to all employees.

**Structure**:

- All shifts have a working Supervisor as the first level of contact etc, who will then report to a Senior Supervisor/Manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £13.93-£21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Night shift
